Subsurface Irrigation

Irrigating plants, crops and lawns from below ground is so obviously a good idea, it's quite unbelievable that an effective solution is only now available. Yes, there have been attempts over the years to use subsurface drip irrigation and various low tech porous pipe designs but they never really fullfilled the objective.

One of the greatest failings of earlier solution was the continued use of high pressure pumps and therefore high energy input. Uneven water distribution, weak materials and lacklustre installation tarnished the subsurface reputation considerably.

Well, we're going to fight back, and fight back hard. We have not one, but two major solutions available.

Our subsurface Irri-Pipe (porous pipe, leaky pipe, soaker hose) overcomes ALL of the issues attributed to its predecessors. Using very low pressure and accurate leak rates it's application in virtually all irrigation scenarios is limitless.

An extension to the standard subsurface pipe is the OSMO-Drain system. Again using the suburface pipe OSMO-Drain not only irrigates but de-waters when required. That's not all! The OSMO-Drain system can also be used for the injection of gases into the soil for pathogen, fungal and nematode irradication. Three systems in one!
